2, Collection and storage of personal data when visiting our website

3, Collection and storage of personal data when you contact us via our contact form or email

If you want to contact us, we offer you the option to contact us via the contact form on our website or by email. To respond to any correspondence, a valid email address is required. Additional information can be provided voluntarily. The data you provided (email address, possibly your name and phone number, etc.) is stored for this purpose. The processing of data for the purpose of establishing contact is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 a) GDPR based on your voluntarily given consent or according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence B) GDPR for the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request. Personal data collected and stored in this connection will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to store it. In the case of legal storage obligations, we will limit data processing.

4, Sharing personal data

Sharing your personal data with third parties only occurs for the following purposes:

  • With your consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 a) GDPR
  • If sharing is required according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR, and there is no reason to assume that you have a predominantly legitimate interest in not disclosing the data
  • If sharing is required by legal obligation according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 c) GDPR
  • If sharing is legally permissible, and it is required for the performance of contractual relationships with you according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 b) GDPR

5, Use of cookies

Nevertheless, we would like to point out that data transmission on the internet (e.g., communication by email) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

In particular, you may request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data, unless it has been collected from us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details
  • In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to demand the immediate rectification of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us
  • In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims
  • In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to demand the restriction of processing of your personal data, insofar as the accuracy of the data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful, but you oppose its erasure, and we no longer need the data, but you require it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or you have objected to processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR
  • In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request its transmission to another controller
  • In accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR, to withdraw your consent at any time. As a result, we are not allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent in the future
  • In accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our registered office.

Right to object
