The apartment is fully equipped: Smart TV, satellite, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, quiet ceiling fans with remote control, tableware, bedding, towels, slippers, and more. In the living room, there is a sofa that can be unfolded to accommodate two people. We offer a special accommodation package for 3 to 4 people upon request. Parking in the building or in the garage is available for an additional fee, parking on the street in front of the villa is free of charge. Suitable for allergy sufferers.
